Raising money to buy new sports equipment for Whitchurch Primary School in Tavistock. Walk will be on site until the end of September 2024. The walk follows a figure 8 pattern for approx. 2.5 miles and is sited in the Barn Hill / Heckwood Tor / Feather Tor area. 53741 – 53753 Hectors House Charity Walk 1

This circular charity walk is in aid of Hector’s House Cat Rescue, registered Charity number 1192317. Funds will go towards the huge veterinary bills and feeding costs etc that are  incurred in the daily running of such a charity. To see more please go to: https://www.hectorshousecatrescue.co.uk The walk is sited in the old working landscape behind Hay Tor and  Saddle Tor, then extends across to Holwell Tor before heading back along the tramway. There is a Starter Stamp with the clues and 12 boxes plus two extra stamps that have been timed to be released with the walk. 53769 & 53770  These two boxes will remain on the moor as Moor boxes after the walk is taken in. The catalogue numbers of these boxes do not run concurrently with the walk numbers. The clue sheet costs £3 and I will add 50 pence per sold sheet. Boxes will be out 31st March to 31st October 2024. This walk starts at Four Winds car park, on the B3357 from Princetown to Tavistock. The walk heads north to circle Little Mis Tor in an anticlockwise direction, starting and finishing at Four Winds car park. The walk heads north east following the wall and fence up to Little Mis Tor. The walk turns west passing above Little Mis Tor, turning south, passing through the deep gully back to the car park. There are 16 stamps, 13 on the Moor, a starter, a starter bonus (Child Brain Trust logo) and a Thank You, in the Fox Tor cafe. The walk will be on site from the end of March 2024 until 31st October 2024. The route starts from Yellow Mead Farm car park to Great Mis Tor and returns to Yellow Mead Farm. Charity walk in the Top Tor/Pil Tor area above Widecombe, in aid of Bovey Tracey Swimming Pool, 2024. An easy family walk of just 1.5 miles starting from the car park at the top of Widecombe hill. The walk consists of 10 stamps plus a starter stamp, it will be on-site from 31st March to 27th October 2024. An easy circular family walk of approximately 3.5 miles consisting of 15 stamps on the moor and starter stamp with clues. The walk starts and finishes from the Leedon Tor car park on the Yelverton to Princetown Road. The walk contours around Horn Hill and then drops down to the old railway line which it then follows back towards Ingra Tor and the Lower slopes of Leedon tor. The walk is raising money for the East Devon and Exeter coeliac support group. The walk will be on site from the 31st March – 26th October 2024. An easy family walk of about 3½ miles in the Leedon Tor area in aid of Force Cancer Charity (registered charity 1140676). The walk starts from Leedon Tor Car Park heading in a westerly direction to the dismantled railway, following this track round Ingra Tor and then onto Leedon Tor and back to the car park. There are 11 boxes on the moor plus one Thank You stamp. The walk will be on site from the end of March 2024 until the end of October 2024. “100 CLUB” FOR DOGS.

Membership of “The 100 Club” has been extended to include our canine friends. Dogs who have visited 100 different “Letterboxes” with their owners can now become members of the 100 Club. They will then be entitled to wear “100 Club” dog tags on their collars.
